					Michael Luttrell
I have been developing software professionally for two decades, first at a series of start ups, next at a series of Fortune 500 companies.  I was the one of the first employees hired for State Farm's Phoenix engineering location and have helped build their presence. I am now a lead for the Phoenix ITR&D team.  I have worked on a wide variety of projects and technologies from the front end to the back end.  I am involved in the Phoenix JavaScript mentorship program and the area Mobile Developers meet up group and have twice previously presented at Desert Code Camp.
I am also a multi-instrumentalist.  My primary instruments are guitar, mandolin, bass and banjo.  I also have proficiency at saxophone, cello, violin, piano, drums, bowed psaltery and the Irish Tin Whistle.
I have a passion for history, physics, philosophy, poetry and politics.
