In this session I will discuss what I've learned from having two apps consistently reside in the Top 100 Free category in Google Play for the last 3 years (Groupon and MyFitnessPal). I'll talk about tips, tricks and expose real life issues that you will run into at scale with an Android app that becomes very popular. You will learn what to do, what not to do, and how to properly manage your application and team at scale.
